WHAT IS CLEARPAY?

Love it. Get it. Pay in four. Clearpay is a zero interest and free alternative payment method, created to make budgeting easier by breaking payments down. Allowing you to pay over time easily whilst your order is shipping straight away.

HOW DOES CLEARPAY WORK?

After you have selected the ‘Clearpay’ payment option at checkout, you will be prompted to the Clearpay website to fill out a short form and register your account with your payment details. This will provide you with an instant approval decision from Clearpay. If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account and then complete your order!

When approved/logged in, your order will be shipped whilst your costs will be split into 4 instalments, the first instalment will be taken at the time of purchase whilst the rest will be automatically taken every 2 weeks using the payment method (bank account) you entered, without any added interest. You can log into your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule and remaining balance.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE CLEARPAY?

As long as you are over the age of 18, are using a UK billing address as well as a UK residential address (proof that you are a UK customer), you are eligible to use the Clearpay payment option if available to you at checkout.

WILL THERE BE ANY FURTHER/ADDITIONAL COSTS?

No further fees will be charged as long as the instalments are paid on time (there is a £6 fee for late payments, more details further down the FAQs).

WHY IS CLEARPAY NOT AVAILABLE FOR ME AT CHECKOUT?

Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account, instead they are able to use the other payment methods available to them at checkout or simply checkout using a bank/credit card.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO PAY THE CLEARPAY INSTALMENTS?

All Clearpay users are required to pay their first instalment at the time of purchase, the remaining three instalments will then be paid automatically every 2 weeks in equal instalments from your selected payment method (you will have entered and used this selected payment method when checking out and creating a Clearpay account). The payments are taken automatically so you don’t need to worry about missing any payments as long as the bank account selected has sufficient funds.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you can log in to your Clearpay account and make payments early. You can log in to your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY A CLEARPAY INSTALMENT?

If funds are not available in your bank for Clearpay to automatically take, you will be charged a £6 late payment fee by Clearpay. An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. WILL MY ITEMS TAKE LONGER TO BE DELIVERED IF I USE CLEARPAY?

No! Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any other orders, so depending on which delivery option you choose, it will be delivered within this time frame.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Clearpay returns follow our standard returns process.
